1. Acceptance & Legal Capacity

By utilizing TempMail asia, you affirm that you are of legal age to form a binding contract under applicable law (at least 18 years old, or at least 13 years old with the explicit consent of a parent or legal guardian). If you are accessing or using our services on behalf of a corporate entity, company, or educational organization, you represent and warrant that you possess full legal authorization to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not agree unconditionally with all stipulations in this agreement, you must immediately terminate access to and cease using TempMail asia.

2. Nature and Scope of Service

TempMail asia provides internet users with an automated, zero-cost, temporary email address generation platform. Our service is engineered to assist users in:

• Testing inbound transactional email pipelines during software development and QA testing cycles.
• Protecting personal email addresses against marketing trackers, spambots, and commercial mailing list aggregation.
• Completing one-time account verifications, software downloads, or public Wi-Fi portal registrations without disclosing permanent personal identifiers.
• Evaluating digital privacy and security hygiene tutorials published across our technical knowledge base.

3. Ephemeral Nature & Non-Confidentiality

You understand and explicitly acknowledge that temporary disposable mailboxes operate within a public, shared, and ephemeral namespace.

• Shared Namespace: Mailbox addresses are generated algorithmically or dynamically selected. There is no unique user authentication, password verification, or encryption key assigned to an address handle.
• Zero Expectation of Exclusivity: Any party who generates or navigates to the identical mailbox handle during its active lifecycle may view incoming correspondence directed to that address.
• No Permanent Storage: Messages received by our servers are held exclusively in volatile RAM spool buffers and are systematically purged after 24 hours or upon explicit user deletion. Once purged, messages cannot be recovered under any technical circumstance.

4. Absolute Critical Use Prohibitions

Because of the ephemeral and shared public architecture of our service, YOU ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED FROM USING TempMail asia FOR:

TempMail asia shall bear absolute zero liability for any loss of funds, asset lockouts, account forfeiture, or damages that occur if you violate this prohibition.

5. User Eligibility & Age Restrictions

This Service is intended exclusively for individuals who are at least 13 years old (or 16 years old in member states of the European Union where required by national law). We do not knowingly offer or provide services to children under these statutory thresholds. If you are located in a jurisdiction where the use of disposable communication tools is restricted or prohibited by municipal statute, you are not authorized to use this Service.

6. Acceptable Use Policy & Restrictions

As a condition of using TempMail asia, you pledge and warrant that you will strictly adhere to this Acceptable Use Policy. You shall NOT engage in, facilitate, or assist in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

• Cybercrime & Malicious Exploitation: Disseminating viruses, worms, Trojan horses, ransomware, rootkits, or malicious payload URLs; conducting unauthorized penetration tests; or initiating denial-of-service (DoS) assaults.
• Fraud & Impersonation: Registering accounts to commit electronic bank fraud, identity theft, credit card skimming, cryptocurrency scams, or impersonating legal officers, corporations, or public figures.
• Credential Compromise & Unauthorized MFA: Using disposable inboxes to bypass multi-factor authentication (MFA/2FA) or hijack credentials on stolen, cracked, or unauthorized third-party user accounts.
• Automated Scraping & Infrastructure Abuse: Utilizing headless scrapers, flood spiders, or brute-force scripts to overload our IMAP endpoints, API interfaces, or web servers beyond standard browsing thresholds.
• Exploitation of Minors & Harassment: Receiving, storing, or transmitting Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM), non-consensual imagery, terrorist propaganda, death threats, hate speech, or stalking communications.
• Circumvention of Bans: Evading automated rate-limiting, IP blacklists, firewall rules, or security barriers implemented by TempMail asia.

7. Strictly Inbound-Only Mail Gateway

TempMail asia operates exclusively as an INBOUND receiving gateway. Our mail transfer agents are locked down to accept messages addressed to our configured domains; our servers do not feature outbound SMTP relay capability.

Users cannot send, forward, reply to, or originate outgoing emails through our web interface or API. Any attempt to exploit our mail transfer infrastructure for outbound spamming, open relay transmission, or email spoofing will trigger immediate automated firewall bans and may be reported to competent cybersecurity authorities.

8. Intellectual Property & Content Rights

All proprietary materials displayed on TempMail asia—including, without limitation, the website architecture, graphic user interface, vector logos, custom styling, software source code, database schemas, and all original cybersecurity articles and technical guides published in our blog—are the exclusive intellectual property of TempMail asia and its founders, protected by international copyright, trademark, and trade dress regulations.

You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access our platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not mirror, scrape, recompile, republish, or syndicate our technical articles or proprietary source code without prior written consent from our editorial management.

9. In-Memory Message Purge & Lifecycle

We reserve the unconstrained right to manage, throttle, or purge incoming messages at our discretion. Our systems automatically flush temporary inboxes on the following schedules:

• Volatile RAM message buffers are held for a maximum of 24 hours from arrival.
• When a user triggers "Delete Mailbox" or rotates to a new address handle, existing message pointers are cleared instantly.
• If an address handle experiences extreme volume consistent with an inbound spam attack, our automated safeguards may purge or reject incoming mail without prior notice.

10. Third-Party Advertising & Google AdSense

Our digital services are funded through the presentation of third-party advertisements, primarily managed through Google AdSense and authorized programmatic advertising networks.

By using TempMail asia, you acknowledge that:

• Third-party advertisers and Google may display commercial banners, text ads, native placements, or video ads on our pages.
• Third-party ad networks may place or read cookies on your browser to measure ad performance and serve contextual or interest-based advertisements pursuant to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.
• Non-Endorsement: The appearance of an advertisement on TempMail asia does NOT constitute an endorsement, recommendation, guarantee, or warranty by TempMail asia of the advertised company, product, software, or service.
• TempMail asia is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, terms of service, or transactions entered into on external third-party websites accessed via advertising links.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties ("AS IS")

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, TempMail asia EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
• WARRANTIES THAT THE SERVICE WILL OPERATE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE.
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SPEED OF INBOUND EMAIL ARRIVAL, RETENTION DURATION, OR SUCCESSFUL RECEPTION OF VERIFICATION CODES (MANY THIRD-PARTY SERVICES INDEPENDENTLY REJECT OR BLOCK TEMPORARY DOMAINS).
• WARRANTIES REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY RESEARCH ARTICLE, TUTORIAL, OR TECHNICAL DATA PRESENTED ON THE SITE.

12. Comprehensive Limitation of Liability

UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES, INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE, SHALL TempMail asia, ITS FOUNDERS, OPERATORS, ENGINEERS, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, LICENSORS, OR HOSTING PROVIDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

• YOUR ACCESS TO, USE OF, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE.
• ANY DELAY, FAILURE, OR NON-DELIVERY OF AN INCOMING MESSAGE, VERIFICATION OTP, OR TRANSACTIONAL NOTIFICATION.
• FORFEITURE, LOSS OF ACCESS, OR SUSPENSION OF THIRD-PARTY ACCOUNTS REGISTERED WITH TEMPORARY ADDRESSES.
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR ALTERATION OF MESSAGES TRANSMITTED THROUGH SHARED OR RE-GENERATED INBOXES.
• INTERRUPTION OF BUSINESS, FINANCIAL FORFEITURE, DATA LOSS, OR COMPUTER SYSTEM CORRUPTION.

IN JURISDICTIONS THAT DO NOT PERMIT THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, OUR LIABILITY SHALL BE LIMITED TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AND IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS ($100.00 USD) OR THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID TO US (WHICH IS ZERO).

13. User Indemnification Obligations

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless TempMail asia, its founders, directors, employees, contractors, infrastructure hosts, and software partners from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and reasonable attorneys’ fees arising from:

• Your access to or use of TempMail asia.
• Your breach of any provision of these Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Your violation of any third-party right, including copyright, trademark, intellectual property, or privacy rights.
• Any unlawful activity or fraudulent conduct initiated by you through our temporary communication channels.

14. Abuse Mitigation & Law Enforcement

We take infrastructure integrity and legal compliance seriously. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward illicit operations. We reserve the immediate right, without prior notification or liability, to:

• Deploy automated rate limits, CAPTCHA challenges, and IP bans against abusive network clients.
• Blacklist inbound sending domains associated with spamming, phishing, or ransomware campaigns.
• Cooperate fully with legitimate domestic and international law enforcement agencies, cyber defense desks, and judicial subpoenas concerning criminal inquiries.

15. DMCA Notice & Takedown Procedure

TempMail asia respects the intellectual property rights of creators and adheres to the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (17 U.S.C. § 512) ("DMCA"). If you believe in good faith that your copyrighted work has been republished on our website without authorization (such as within our technical research tutorials), please transmit a formal DMCA notification to our designated agent containing:

• A physical or electronic signature of the authorized copyright holder or legal representative.
• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Identification of the material claimed to be infringing, including the specific URL on TempMail asia.
• Sufficient contact details: full legal name, physical address, telephone number, and email address.

17. Severability & Non-Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is determined by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed or modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions of these Terms shall remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term.
